Excellent Product.
This product is really excellent than any other induction, just because of the quality, and the consumption of electricity is comparatively 30% to 40% less than the other inductions and itz durable. I had used it from past 6 months, and didn't face any severe problem. The only thing to notice is if you won't clean the induction coil regularly, after a couple of months, it will stop producing heat, If it happens don't worry just spray a colin or glass cleaning spray on the coils and wait for 5 to 10 minutes and remove those dull colours from the coils using a brass or copper strip. (Don't use Metal strip) and it will start producing heat like before. I am telling this just because after regularly using this product for a period of more than 6 months, it had stopped producing heat. So I just sprayed a glass cleaning liquid on the coils and cleaned it, and it had worked out. Guyz I recommend must buy this.

Being using this product for over 1.5 years & am extremely satisfied with the purchase.
My mom loves it.
Easy to use & operate. Serves our purpose for cooking food, making tea, heating milk, etc.
Has glass covering on top & buttons are not Physical press type but touch based which i like the most.
Can be easily kept clean using spunch.
During this tenure, only once there was minor problem with the circuit & a "E9" error popped up but we got it fixed.
Product is still working smoothly till date so no issues, highly recommended!

Working is good except e2 issue at some times. Glass quality is not good. Power efficient.
I am using this since 2 years, It work good. If you use good quality bowls you can cook fast on this stove. One issue I noticed is some times it shows E2 error with out any wrong. This error tourchers. I alos have phillips. When phillips working fine also this Prestige tourchers with E2 error. This is the issue I am facing from starting. I contacted customer service also. The siad e2 error is because of voltage issue. But phillips working good. Customer server not responded for this. And glass quality is not much good. Soon gets a burn mark on glass where the phillips glass is still looking a new one. Power consumption is very less, really good in power consumption wise.
2 years of usage. satisfied
Been using for 2 years...I love the look and feel of it. Just like a touch screen phone. And works better than the Phillips viva. Very fast to cook. Eggs get boiled in 9 min times at 2000, bonus no spill overs when using a right size of vessel. Love it for that. And many more better things to do. It's very fast compared to gas tops. It's weird to buy induction specific utensils for this...

No problems till now. Excellent product by Philips.
I am using for my daily cooking. It has never given me any problem. Though during the first use, I had used the wrong utensil and the induction refused to work :). I thought the product has some fault and was worried but when used with an induction compatible utensil it worked like a gem.
The best part is that even after milk or oil spillage there is no issue. It also comes with preset menus. It heats fast for cooking, it is user-friendly and can be cleaned easily.
I am sure it can serve individual or couple needs very well. Thumbs Up!
